[Product Overview]:
The EYH two-dimensional motion mixer is mainly composed of three parts: a rotary drum, a swing frame, and a machine frame. The rotary drum is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two gear wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two of the transmission wheels are driven by a rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank swing rod mechanisms, which are mounted on the frame. The swing frame is supported on the frame by bearing components. The EYH two-dimensional motion mixer is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, dyes, feed, fertilizers, pesticides, etc. It is particularly suitable for mixing various powder and granular materials with large tonnage (1000L~10000L).

The drum of the EYH two-dimensional motion mixer can perform two movements simultaneously, one is the rotation of the drum and the other is the swinging of the drum with the swing frame. The mixed material rotates, flips, and mixes inside the drum, while also undergoing back and forth mixing motion with the swinging of the drum. Under the combined action of these two motions, the material is fully mixed in a short period of time. The discharge of the mixing drum is equipped with spiral blades, making the mixer have the characteristics of rapid mixing, large mixing volume, and convenient production. The EYH two-dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing all powder and granular materials. This equipment has been improved by our company's technology to use dual arm transmission, which is more stable than a single arm transmission in one shift. The effect of the extra large tonnage hybrid dual arm transmission is quite obvious.

Design and production

Installation and commissioning
When the equipment arrives at the buyer's factory, our company will send dedicated technical personnel to guide the installation and be responsible for debugging to normal use.
training
Before the equipment is used normally by the demand side, our company's debugging personnel will organize training for relevant personnel of the demand side. The training content includes equipment maintenance, upkeep, timely repair of common faults, and operating procedures for the equipment.
quality assurance
Our company's equipment warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, if the equipment is damaged due to non-human factors, we are responsible for free maintenance. If the equipment is damaged due to human factors, our company will promptly repair it and charge a cost fee.
Maintenance and Deadline
Equipment damage that occurs upon expiration of the warranty period shall be repaired on site within two days by enterprises within the province and within four days by enterprises outside the province upon receiving notification from the purchaser. The services provided upon expiration of the warranty period are paid services, and a production fee shall be charged for each service.
